RETURN & REFUND

RETURN
We accept returns within 7 days after the delivered date of the item(s) in new condition. Return item(s) must not be heavily worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Bhomematernity.com will not accept any returns postmarked after 7 days of delivered date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. After we receive your return, we will arrange refund in 7 business days.

SWIMWEAR, SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

To return your item(s) by mail, please follow the directions below.
1. Process your return
Please contact us via service@bhomematernity for approval and a RMA (return merchandise authorization). Once your item(s) are approved, please proceed to step 2.

2. Prepare your return parcel
Securely pack the item(s)
Address the package to the address we emailed you.

3. Shipping

Bhome will offer a return label due to product's problem.

Purchase a trackable mailing label from your preferred shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping label unless Bhome provides it.

We are NOT responsible for shipping fee in the following situation.
1) Customer’s remorse. (No longer need, Not satisfied with the style)
2) Size error with in 0.4-1.2inches.
3) Slight color difference.
4) Place wrong units

Notice: Customers need to contact carrier on their own to get return label to return the items. The return shipping fee is based on the shipping method that customers choose.

4. Affix your mailing label and mail your package to us.
1) Please allow additional 5 - 7 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
2) All refunds will be issued as a store credit.
3) Original shipping postage will not be reimbursed

If you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please e-mail us at service@bhomematernity.com within 7 days from the delivered date. Once, we approve the return or exchange of the damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), we will provide you with a pre-paid trackable shipping label via email. After we receive the item(s), we will send you out the replacement item or refund to you.

REFUND
1) We will refund your payment within 7 business days after we receive the return item(s).
2) Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
